PlanSafe Beta – Account Management

Welcome to the brand-new version of the Account Management menus, waiting for you to experience and have a play with. This latest PlanSafe Beta release includes a new design and interface to help you manage all your users, with some handy new features thrown in to make your life easier. Check out what’s new below!

🖥️ Brand New UI

Much like the new Campus Management page, the accounts areas within PlanSafe have been given a more user-friendly facelift. On top of this, there are some awesome new tricks to make your compliance journey that much easier.

📂 New Filters

The search function for accounts has a new look and feel. You’ll notice that you now have options to easily search and filter for accounts you want to review or manage.

You can now filter learner accounts by:

• When the learner last logged in
• Learner Class
• What login mechanism the account was created by (e.g. SSO, LMS, etc.)
• Email domain
• When training was completed
• Their current training status
• What course the learner has completed

You can now also filter administrator accounts by:

• Their last login date
• Their role
• Their reporting domain
• And whether they are configured to receive alerts for assessments completed by learners

🕒 Expiring Training

Time for a training refresher? Need your learners to go and recap their knowledge and do their training again? We’ve got you. Now you can invalidate training for learner accounts, requiring them to complete a training refresher.

🏢 Training Management

You’ll now have the ability to add or remove training from learner accounts by selecting their location(s) and worker type without having to leave the comfort of Account Management!

📤 Account Export

Ever wanted to export a list of accounts? Now you can. A handy little export button will take care of that for you by pulling all accounts that match your current filters into a spreadsheet for you.

📝 Bulk Actions

In the spirit of getting more done and getting it done quicker, you’ll find heaps of new bulk actions for managing accounts! By using the checkboxes next to accounts on the account management page, you can manage multiple accounts at once. Some of the bulk actions you can now do include:

• Bulk deactivate learners.
• Bulk delete learners.
• Add or remove training from learners in bulk.

These bulk actions will also respect the filters you currently have applied on the page, meaning that you can fine tune exactly which accounts you want to make bulk updates to with ease.

Other Feature Updates

✉️ Location-Based Compliance Notifications (Beta)

On top of all the awesome stuff above, you’ll now be able to specify locations that compliance contacts want to receive notifications for. Previously it sent notifications for all locations that Administrator had access to. This is still the default behaviour, but now you can search for specific campuses if you want to cut down on those pesky emails.

Added In-App Feedback

Want to tell us what you think of PlanSafe? We want to hear it. You'll now be able to send us feedback without having to leave the comfort of PlanSafe. Our email elves will make sure that your valuable feedback lands in the inboxes of the right people.

🛠️ Other Improvements

• Added the ability to clone Administrator account configurations when creating a new account. This will clone roles, locations, and reporting domain configurations.
• Removed the need for setting verification method when creating a new learner account.
• New Administrators will have all reporting domains by default when created.
• Fixed a rare issue where work areas would not save properly in some situations.
• Updated mobile number validation to include newly allocated ranges.
• Performance Improvements.
• Other miscellaneous bug fixes & improvements.
• Fixed an issue that would cause incorrect work areas to be saved in some instances.
