Locatrix is thrilled to announce our partnership with Pendo!

Pendo is a Digital Adoption Solution which acts as an in-app guide, prompting users with clear and helpful instructions on how to achieve best use out of Locatrix applications PlanSafe and PlanStudio.

Responding to expert predications that by 2025, 70% of organisations will use digital adoption solutions across the entire technology stack to overcome still insufficient application user experiences. Locatrix believes implementing a DAS is a critical move necessary to ensure customer success as it enjoys steady growth.

“The idea is that the Digital Adoption Solution will walk users through the application, guiding them step by step through each feature to help them learn to use the application to its fullest extent. In addition to this the DAS captures data along the journey of the customer, providing analytics to Locatrix as to where issues are being faced, where customers drop off and where the application needs to receive attention in order to improve the user experience. It is from this feature we know we will be able to better understand the customer, therefore better inform our development roadmap to deliver products that the customers need in order to complete their tasks more efficiently.”
