Locatrix recognised in the 2022 Gartner® Competitive Landscape: Indoor Mapping report.
Published 31 May 2022 by Gartner analyst(s) Annette Zimmermann and Tim Zimmerman in a report that identifies automated map updates as a market gap.
“As PlanStudio enters its 3rd year, it is encouraging to see that Locatrix has been mentioned in Gartner’s dynamically growing space of indoor mapping once again. We are incredibly excited that our Partners have embraced PlanStudio so widely that now we have over 40,000,000 sqm of floor plans under management, this from a standing start of 1,000,000 sqm from its launch just three years ago.
In the past year, there have been numerous upgrades and improvements made including a unique Geotagging capability and Lidar features. We are currently working on an Artificial Intelligence offering for floor plan currency.”
John Hummelstad CEO
PlanStudio’s Partner network is spread over 8 countries and captures data in more than 25,000 buildings.
With recent investments into digital adoption solutions to learn more about our usage in order to further improve, the future is looking bright for Locatrix and its Partner network.
