PlanSafe Beta – Campus Management

We’ve released a brand-new version of the Campus Management page for our PlanSafe Beta program for you to experience and try out. The latest Beta includes a new design and interface to help you access your sites important information and make it easier to do what you need to do in PlanSafe. Check out some of the cool new additions below!

📌 Map View

One of the most exciting additions to our new campus screen is the addition of a map view. Using this perspective, you will be able to see all the campuses you manage and where they are located in relation to each other. Allowing you to manage sites by location rather than just by name.

✅ Bulk Actions

The campus screen will now support some bulk actions as well. Using the multi-select, you can bulk deactivate, delete, or change the status of campuses on your PlanSafe.

🪜 New Menu Structure

To fix the confusion and clutter of the old top-anchored menu structure, we have updated PlanSafe visually to a new menu structure. This will make searching for pages more intuitive and much easier to navigate and find what you’re looking for. We promise this update is not just a nice ol’ fresh coat of paint slapped on top.

⚙️ New Campus Settings Screen

Previously, settings were spread across Campus, Building, Site Plan, and Floor Plan settings. We’ve cut down on the fluff and consolidated each of these into one overall settings page with an awesome new look.

📚 New Drawer Menus

Sick of needing to navigate to other pages to see or do things? So are we! With this new design, we’ve moved towards letting you do more work, for less effort. To that end, we’ve begun using drawer menus, smaller side-menus that allow you to view information and perform actions without even having to leave the page you’re on.

⚒️ Other Improvements

• Added a password reset link for Administrator accounts.
• Added support for new pathing options in PlanStudio.
• Fixed an error that would occur if the validation message on a declaration was over a certain character length.
• Removed exit and evac signs from showing on the plan viewer when these items are not present on the plan.
• Other miscellaneous bug fixes & security improvements.
