Telstra shortlisted for Asia Communications Awards

Locatrix is delighted to congratulate Telstra on their nomination as a finalist in the 2011 Asia Communications Awards. Telstra’s Caller Tones Facebook application – a social shopfront for ringback tones (RBT) based on the Locatrix/SNX solution – is one of five finalists in the coveted Social Media Category, with the winners to be announced at an event in Singapore’s historic Raffles Hotel on the evening of June 22nd.

Locatrix/SNX provides mobile network operators with a social shopfront through which content and services can be purchased, recommended, or provisioned. SNX empowers campaign- or service-driven user application services that reinforce operator branding and provide uniquely differentiated social network experiences for their subscribers. We’re excited to be soon bringing SNX solutions to other markets, as well as within other service domains – stay tuned for future announcements!
