Mark White, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Prior to founding Locatrix in 2003, Mark held internationally focused management, technical and marketing roles with US companies including Bell Atlantic, Tandem Computers and Compaq, before joining Red Hat as Vice-President and Managing Director for the Asia-Pacific Region.  As Red Hat’s first employee in Asia, he grew channel and direct sales operations in over 17 countries in under two years, and led the company’s first profitable division. He has more than 20 years experience in the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) industries throughout Australasia, South Asia, Korea, Greater China, Europe and the United States, and is a frequent and popular speaker at mobile industry events. Mark has a degree in computer science from the University of Queensland, and writes regularly about the mobile industry in the Locatrix blog.

Rick Anstey, Non-Executive Chairman
Rick is a founder and Director of inQbator, a provider of seed capital and incubation services for new ventures in the ICT sector.  Rick has over 30 years’ experience in the Information & Communications Technology industry, including 20 years of building and running his own companies. Rick has been engaged in economic development activities in the Gold Coast region, working closely with the Gold Coast City Council, the Queensland Government and the Federal Government to successfully attract corporate investment into the area and to develop the region’s economic base.  He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Andrew Eross, Chief Technology Officer
Andrew Eross joined Locatrix in October 2007, and is responsible for the company’s solution roadmap and product strategies. Prior to joining Locatrix, Andrew was a co-founder of Chasma Inc, a US developer of mobile games and application delivery platforms. As an early participant in Qualcomm’s BREW Developer Program, Chasma was one of the first companies to deploy multiplayer mobile games on US mobile networks, most notably Sprint and Verizon. He also worked with Kayak Interactive as a mobile applications consultant before re-locating to Australia. Andrew has a degree in computer science from the University of Queensland.

Johnson Page, Team Leader – Software Engineering
Johnson Page leads an engineering team committed to innovation and excellence.  He heads the implementation of best-practice software engineering processes within Locatrix, and manages deployment and customisation projects with our mobile operators.  An experienced Web/AJAX engineer, Johnson worked on a variety of international CRM products before joining Locatrix in 2007.  He has a degree in Information Technology, majoring in software design, from the University of Queensland.

Gavin Winter, Head of Quality Assurance
As head of Quality Assurance, Gavin is responsible for Locatrix solution deployments with our operator partners worldwide.  Prior to joining Locatrix, Gavin gained experience as a business analyst and technical consultant with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, the Australian Co-operative Research Centre (CRC) for Interaction Design, and Griffith University.  Gavin has a degree in Information Technology from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
